Booking Confirmation

Arrival
Your room will be ready at 12:00 on the day of your arrival. If you will be arriving after 8:00 p.m., please let us know. If your arrival is delayed, you will be charged 100% of the price of the booked period.

Departure
On your day of departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. Early departure: If you happen to leave early, you will be charged 100% of the price of the booked period.

Payment
We accept all forms of payment. Manage your account using cash (see money-laundering regulations) or credit/debit card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, ED card). Cheques are accepted. Payments by cheque must be settled on the day of your arrival.

Cancellations
Bookings may be cancelled only in writing. Deposits will be returned for cancellations more than 45 days before the expected date of arrival. Deposits will not be returned for cancellations less than 45 days before the expected date of arrival. In general, EU regulations on cancelling hotel stays and holidays are applicable. If you would like to cancel a hotel stay, start it late, or end it early, you will be charged for the entire booked period, or the amount already paid will be retained.
